    Customer Master

     

    The POS Bridge offer the posibility to distribute customer master data including additional data such as card information, credit limits and bank details.

     

    It is possible to distribute an minimum of data to identify the customer on the POS using customer cards or other identification types. This normally depend on the amount of customers within SAP.

     

    Another possibility is to not distribute customer data, but use the delivered web services for aquirering customer data.

     

    When is a customer ready to be distributed?

    - Certain fields are filled in making the customer ready for distribution

    - Customer is opened within a certain organizational level (sales organisation, division ect...)

    - Customer cards are available

     

    The decision on when a customer is ready to be distributed is documented within the process questionaire and can thereafter be configured as requested.

     

    Each process has it's own questionaire as an initial document to initialte the configuration of the process.
