POS customer creation and change


Customers maintained on any Omni-channel source will be send to the POS Bridge, which will ensure that the data is converted and forwarded to the SAP standard environment. The complete process is offline-ready. A customer created on the Omni-channel source together with an order will be transferred to the POS Bridge as soon as the communication is established.


The POS Bridge Omni-channel format support a wide range of extensions. The extensions easily filled with customer specific data will be supplied automatically to the SAP standard booking process. All extensions are also available during the message processing and thereby also within customer steps.

Each process has it's own questionaire as an initial document to initialte the configuration of the process.
